St. Davids Grove

The St. Davids Grove project featured a 40-metre-squared extension. We opened up the rear of the house with a 6m slapping and 6m sliding glazed doors to make the garden a part of the house. A 1500×3000 Korniche roof lantern and high-end Stormer Fenix black kitchen with Neff appliances and bespoke red brick tiles completed this extension to a beautiful finish.

The client gained space and added value along with square footage.
