Here’s how it works

At Rollo, we’re committed to transparency throughout each stage of your project. We know that property projects can feel a little daunting, so that’s why we’ve simplified the pricing structure into four easy steps.


At enquiry stage we will ask that you answer a few questions and provide us with some information. These help us to speed up the initial process of qualifying your project.

These are :
– full address including postcode?
– budget exc VAT?
– timescale – ideal starting month/year?
– drawings/scope of works for your project


Let’s have a chat at Rollo HQ to discuss your main objectives for the project. We’ll cover things like budget, milestones, styles, and wish lists.


Once we have received your initial enquiry we would look to book in a feasibility meeting. This can be in the form of Zoom Call or In our Offices. After this meeting if all objectives are aligned we would produce a cost for the pricing schedule.

Site visit

Once we’re aligned on the feasibility and our quote provided for the schedule has been accepted, we’ll arrange a site visit to survey and photograph your property. This process takes approx 4 – 5 weeks.

Pricing schedule

Our pricing schedule will be broken down into each element of your project to be fully transparent on the scope vs costs. This also allows us to collectively review costs and make sure it all aligns with drawings / clients objectives. It also allows us to value engineer areas that may need to be worked on to meet budgets.
