Here’s how it works
At Rollo, we’re committed to transparency throughout each stage of your project. We know that property projects can feel a little daunting, so that’s why we’ve simplified the pricing structure into four easy steps.
Let’s have a chat at Rollo HQ to discuss your main objectives for the project. We’ll cover things like budget, milestones, styles, and wish lists.
We’ll work with our Quantity Surveyor to produce initial budgets for your project. These will be a high-level overview, which will help us to determine things like budget, assumptions, and exclusions. At this point, we’ll know if the costs is suited to the initial objectives.
Once we’re aligned on the feasibility, we’ll arrange a site visit to review your property and carry out a photo survey.
At this stage, we’ll create a detailed pricing schedule/bill of quantities. This will be dependent on the size/complexity of your project. The fee to produce this document ranges between £400 and £3,000 including VAT, payable at this stage. If we are appointed as the main contractor on your project we will reduce this fee from your final invoice.
