Great King Street

The Great King Street project was a complete refit of a New Town Flat. We fitted new bathrooms, a new kitchen, and internal fittings and fixtures. The whole project was finished to the highest standard by our finishing team.

The client had bought a communal basement and we connected the area to her existing property and turned the basement into a living kitchen and utility space. We removed old windows and led through to garden to give easy access to a nice patio area. 

The benefits to the client were adding huge value to the property due to increasing the owned square footage and gaining fantastic living space.
