Joppa

Budget: £120,000+

The Joppa project was aimed at opening up the rear of the property to allow for more usable family space.

We removed the main load bearing wall that connected the existing dining and kitchen and widened the opening through to the new snug area. 

The rear external wall was widened to create an opening for the lovely Crittal style aluminium bi-fold doors and accompanied stone works, along with new window openings and another set of French doors to allow for easy access to the new decked area. 

The composite raised decking area beautifully compliments the south facing garden and has the added benefit of zero maintenance. 

Ashley Ann supplied us with a lovely in-frame shaker kitchen and utility to finish off the new space.
