CALA Garage Conversion

Budget: £22,000k+

The main objective of this CALA Garage Conversion was to create more liveable space without extending the main structure of the property. 

During this project, we removed two load bearing walls and installed relevant steel work in order to instantly open up the ground floor foot print. We also worked closely with CALA to make sure all materials used were identical to create a seamless end result. 

Many of these beautifully modern new build homes contain internal footprint garages. Spaces like this lend themselves perfectly to garage conversions as they can provide a lot more living space at a much more affordable rate than a full house extension.

All the works were completed prior to our clients moving into their new home.
