Great King Street

The Great King Street project was a complete refit of a New Town Flat. We fitted new bathrooms, a kitchen, and internal fittings and fixtures. The whole project was finished to the highest standard by our finishing team.

The client lives in London and bought this property as an Airbnb investment. The full renovation consisted of structural down takings, adding in an extra bathroom, renovating the second bathroom, full rewiring, full heating system, German kitchen, flooring, decoration, and new sash and case windows 

The benefits to the client included the minimal time needed to deal with trades due to us project managing. The investment property is now refurbished to a high spec to maximise return on investment.
