Reflecting on our accreditations

Last month we were delighted to pass our ISO 9001 audit, which is the international standard used by organisations to demonstrate their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements and to demonstrate continuous improvement.

To celebrate this achievement, we have compiled a list of the other accreditations awarded to the Rollo Developments team, as we strive to continuously exceed the expectations of our clients and continue to raise the bar when it comes to the standard of excellence we are committed to.

Edinburgh Trusted Trader

To become an Edinburgh Trusted Trader we had to have a minimum of 6 months clean trading history, be willing to be vetted by Edinburgh Trading Standards, agree to the schemes Code of Practice, and be committed to fair and honest trading.

Edinburgh Trusted Trader is the official go-to list of Trading Standards Trusted Traders, backed by The City of Edinburgh Council and supported by Police Scotland, so, naturally, we highly prize this accreditation and count it a privilege to stand alongside the other great businesses of Edinburgh.

FSB Member

We have found the support from the Federation for Small Businesses to be a huge help over the years, particularly during this most recent season of pandemic. From legal advice to workplace pensions, the individuals who represent FSB have been second to none and are one of the contributing factors that has led to the success of Rollo Developments. There are so many moving parts in running a business and having access to this wealth of knowledge all under one roof has been a real asset to our leadership team.

CITB Member

We are very proud to be able to take on new apprentices through the Construction Industry Training Board, as it is one of the largest providers of construction apprentices, with over 45 years’ experience of developing skilled workers.

We have had the privilege of working with some extremely talented individuals over the years through CITB and are consistently impressed with the calibre of workers they provide us with.

Coming soon… SMAS Worksafe

SMAS Worksafe (short for Safety Management Advisory Services) is a nationally recognised Health & Safety accreditation used to demonstrate the Health & Safety standards of businesses, which gives the main contractors confidence when it comes to the competence of those they are working with.

We are currently working towards this accreditation, as we always strive to ensure the absolute best working conditions for all of those who work under the Rollo banner, but also for the talented architects, contractors, engineers, etc. whom we have the privilege to work alongside on many of our projects.
